RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

You can return or exchange your product within 14 days from the date of delivery only if the product is in its original condition with tags attached. Kindly ensure the product is free from:

1. Makeup, fake tan, and animal hair.
2. Free from scents of deodorant, perfume, or washing powder.

Be careful when trying on the item! If the item doesn't meet the above requirement when returned, your return will not be accepted. Remember the cost for return shipping will be paid by you, and are non-refundable. But the cost of shipping the new size to you will be paid by Louisa Warwin.

• Return due to change of mind is not accepted by Louisa Warwin (change of mind about color or because you didn’t like the item). So please, be sure to choose the right item before pressing the “Pay Now” button. Returns will not be accepted without first contacting icequeencollection@louisawarwin.com. Responds to all emails can take between 2-3 business days.
