What fabrics are the items made of?

The type of fabric used on each item during the manufacturing process is usually listed in the product descriptions on the website.

Do the products run true to size?

All items are usually listed with a sizing chart on the product description page. Please refer to the sizing chart when selecting a size.

I ordered the wrong size by accident. Can I change it before you ship it out?

If you have chosen the wrong size, please contact icequeencollection@louisawarwin.com as soon as possible.

It would be ideal for you to note that Louisa Warwin may get high volumes of orders and messages and can't generally make changes to orders in time before they're sent. So be quick to send a request the moment you realize you have chosen the incorrect size.

When will you be restocking?

RETURNS / REFUNDS

What is your return and exchange policy?

You can return or exchange your product within 14 days from the date of delivery only if the product is in its original condition with tags attached. For more detail about the return policy click here.

Please note: all sale items are final sale and are not eligible to be returned unless they meet the criteria below. If there are any issues with your order, please contact icequeencollection@louisawarwin.com as soon as possible.

I was sent an incorrect item/ my item was damaged before arrival /  it did not arrive. What should I do?

A: I was sent an incorrect item (incorrect size, color, or product).

  1. Send an email to icequeencollection@louisawarwin.com with an explanation and a picture of the product you received. Don't forget to also include a picture of your order confirmation email.
  2. Please note: when returning an incorrect item, be sure the item is in its original condition with all tags attached.

B: My item was damaged before arrival.

C: It did not arrive.

  1. Send an email to icequeencollection@louisawarwin.com with an explanation and we will gladly help you to locate your item.

Note: email responses may take between 2-3 business days.

Do you issue refunds?

We only offer store credit sent in the form of a gift card code to the email you provided at the checkout. This gift card will never expire. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

If there are any issues with your order, please contact support@louisawarwin.com as soon as possible. 

Can I return a gift card?

Returns/refunds on gift cards are not accepted.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please do the following steps:

  1. Double check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank—there is usually a processing time before the refund is posted.

If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact icequeencollection@louisawarwin.com.

SHIPPING

How do I know if my package has shipped and is on its way?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive another email with shipping information. 

How long will it take for me to receive my package?

The amount of time it will take for a package to reach its destination will depend on a) the type of shipping you choose at checkout b) destination. 

• 8-11 business days to the United States (USA) 

• 3-21 business days to Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands

• 4-20 business days to the United Kingdom (UK) & Ireland

• 7-18 business days to Canada 

• 7-19 business days to Australia & New Zealand 

• up to 20 business days for all other countries not listed

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! It may take 3-26 business days to arrive; delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs.
